A Skywarn net was activated due to a small but severe thunderstorm which moved through the central and eastern parts of Montgomery County from the northwest to the southeast.  WM3L was caught in the storm while driving home from a doctors appointment.  At the intersection of Towamencin Road and Sumneytown Pike WM3L experienced quarter sized hail for about two minutes.  The hail was falling with terrential rain while to the west the sun was shining through!
